This privacy policy applies to this landing page (the “Site”), which is operated by OGAds to introduce the OGAds publisher platform. It explains what data the Site does and does not collect.

What this Site collects

The Site is a static website. It does not ask you to enter any personal information, and no account, form or chat is hosted on this Site. The only tracking it uses is Google Ads conversion measurement, described below, and only with your consent.

Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for the purpose of keeping the Site secure and available. This data is not used to identify you.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking (provided by Google LLC) to understand whether people who click our ads go on to sign up. When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Until you accept, no advertising cookies are stored and Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals. If you accept, Google may set cookies such as _gcl_aw (which stores a click identifier for up to 90 days) so that a later sign-up can be linked to the ad you clicked. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

If you arrived from a Google ad, the click identifier in the page address may also be passed along when you click through to the OGAds sign-up page on members.ogads.com, so that the sign-up can be attributed to the ad. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Buttons on this Site link to the OGAds publisher platform at members.ogads.com and to email addresses of the OGAds team. When you create an account or contact us, the processing of your data is governed by the OGAds Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Advertising

You may have reached this Site through an online advertisement. The advertising platform that served the ad may use its own cookies and identifiers subject to its own privacy policy and your settings on that platform. Apart from the Google Ads conversion measurement described above, this Site does not send any data to advertising platforms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to withdraw consent to cookies at any time (use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer). Requests relating to your OGAds account can be sent to info@ogads.com.

Children

The OGAds platform is intended for adults. This Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
